No quote for this one. I can't think of anything that doesn't sound corny. This picture can be taken as "shipping" if you want, even though I don't like Sokka and Toph doing anything beyond hugging. Or any of the main Avatar characters for that matter.

P.S. If anyone can tell me exactly which line of which Chinese poem is carved in the paperweight (NOT the water jar--that's my signature), I will draw your character/shipping of choice doing whatever you want.

Is that the phrase that appears at the top of the map during the opening credits? I can't be sure-- my contacts are acting up and the image is a little blurry anyway.I do like the style, though, particularly with Sokka's hair.

Thanks! It's not the phrase from the opening credits. It's actually a famous Chinese poem. I know it's blurry--I wouldn't have asked if it were easy to guess. ;)

Hehehe, thanks! I guess I was thinking of the age differences, but even so, 15 is a little young depending on your beliefs. I'm 18 and I still consider myself very young. :P

Aw, wow I absolutely adore this! Sokka's little smile is probabaly my facourite part, but the coloring and Toph and everything is really well done.

That's adorable! ^^ I love the coloring method you used. Toph looks very satisfied. What program did you use? :3 Kissing isn't so bad for characters their age. XD

I used Adobe Photoshop CS and a tablet. And kissing isn't bad--they've all kissed someone at one point or another--but the thought of them making out with each other is a little disturbing. XD
